Since the fall of 2017, Dave Gervais has been working towards the completion of the Occupational Health and Safety Program at Seneca College. The courses covered such topics as federal and provincial legislation, building code, fire code, and identification of hazards in the workplace. Safety tools included WSIB Risk Assessment, Return to Work, Incident reports, Accident Investigations and Safety Program Development.
Congratulations David, a 2020 graduate of the program. David continues his work at STAO as the Safety Committee Chair, a position he has held since 2011. As an important part of his duties, your safety questions can be sent to info@stao.org. They will be responded to in a timely fashion.
