We are excited to share a free, virtual STEM conference designed for students and educators!

Western Engineering Outreach and the Hydro One Consortium for Women in Engineering is happy to announce the launch of Queering Engineering, a conference to support and promote 2SLGBTQIA+ diversity in engineering. The conference will be held virtually on Saturday, February 5, 2022 and Sunday, February 6, 2022 and will showcase presentations and workshops aimed to educate, inspire, and empower queer engineers, current and future. The conference is aimed at high school students, university students, and educators. All are welcome to attend. Speakers include Vanessa Raponi, Founder of EngiQueers Canada and Naoufel Tesaouni, Co-Founder and CEO of QueerTech.
