Forests Ontario – Teaching with Trees FREE Virtual Workshop

To all educators looking to incorporate trees and forests into your teaching practice, registration is now open for the Teaching with Trees: Free Virtual Educator Training workshop!
This is a free virtual workshop looking to help leverage our natural connection to forests in your teaching practice through a variety of resources, programs, and tools offered by Forests Ontario, Project Learning Tree Canada, and the Canadian Institute of Forestry. It will provide resources and tools for all grade levels to ensure educators meet provincial curriculum expectations.
The Virtual Educator Training workshops will be offered in English through a Zoom meeting. The workshops will be taking place on Thursday, February 24th, 2022 from 6:30pm-7:45pm EST and Tuesday, March 1st, 2022 from 3:00pm-4:15pm EST.
