Stronco Show Services is the official general service contractor. Access the exhibitor Prospectus for the following:

After reading the Prospectus please complete:

  1. Exhibitor Application and Booth Contract
  2. Review the Exhibitor Contract

Once documents are completed according to the specified instructions, please send both documents via email to the attention of Jana Grubb at Jana.Grubb@stao.ca, STAO/APSO Conference Marketing Coordinator.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

All of your goods should be insured by your own insurance policy.  All Exhibitors must submit their COI via e-mail to the STAO/APSO conference Exhibits Committee Chair at Janice.Williams@stao.ca no later than February 28, 2019.  Exhibitors and their staff will not be permitted to set up their booth space unless full documentation is on file.

Review the floorplan to see the layout of the conference, exhibits hall, and location of premium booths.

Shipping Information

Exhibitors are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements of freight to and from the Conference Centre. Take the time to ensure that your display and products are packed neatly and securely. All shipments must have shipping labels identifying company name and booth number.  Send exhibit freight to:

Outgoing Shipments

Exhibitors are responsible for making their own arrangements for pick-up of following the  STAO/APSO exhibits hall tear-down. Make sure that someone from your company is on-site to oversee packaging and coordination of the outbound shipment of your booth display and products.

Live Animals Declaration (LAD)
