A group of five high school students invented a vending machine that recycles plastic bottles into 3D-printed phone cases. Initially a school project, their creation, called MyProGeneration, has led to four prototypes and won AXA Italy’s Social Impact Award. The machine works by accepting a plastic bottle, which is then transformed into a unique phone case through 3D printing. This innovative project not only promotes recycling but also provides a tangible reward, making the process engaging and beneficial.
