Prices are in Canadian and are plus HST.
Each booth is supplied with one covered six-foot table and two chairs. If two, or more, booths are ordered extra chairs and tables will be provided at no additional charge STAO2023 Floor Plans The exhibitor booths at this conference will located in three areas, the Learning Resource Center (LRC), E135 Concourse, and the BCTI Gallery.
The LRC will be the main entrance to the conference and these booths are immediately to the right of the main doors. E135 Concourse is the area outside the auditorium for special speakers. It is on the way to most of the presentation rooms. The BCTI learning center is the tech wing we are using for presentations, playground, and exhibits.
This is totally new to us, but we believe the layout makes for good contact between exhibitors and registrants. The three maps below show the layout of the booths. It is important to realize we have 49 booths this year so it will be on a first come first served basis. There are some undersized booths that can be used with a full-size booth and will be discounted in the costing.
